1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the TaskBid mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TaskBid, operated by Indiana Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older and reside in Pakistan. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You reside in Pakistan;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Use of Service

By using our Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law;
• Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights;
• Post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate;
• Interfere with security-related features of the Service;
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or any user's enjoyment of the Service;
• Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service;
• Bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service;
• Engage in any conduct that inhibits anyone else's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which we determine at our sole discretion may harm us or users of the Service or expose them to liability;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

6. Bidding System

TaskBid operates as a platform connecting customers with service providers through a bidding system. Customers post task requests, and service providers submit bids to complete those tasks.

We do not guarantee that all tasks will receive bids, nor that all bids will be accepted by customers. The selection of service providers is at the discretion of the customer who posted the task.

Once a customer accepts a bid, both parties are expected to fulfill their obligations as agreed upon. TaskBid merely facilitates the connection between parties and is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or completeness of work performed.

7. Payment Terms

All payments made through the Service are processed by third-party payment processors. By using our payment services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of our payment processors.

TaskBid charges a service fee for facilitating connections between customers and service providers. This fee is clearly displayed before any transaction is completed.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with your use of the Service.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion and in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Service Provider Terms

If you register as a service provider, you agree to the following additional terms:

• You will provide accurate information about your qualifications, experience, and services offered;
• You are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the services you provide;
• You must maintain any licenses, permits, or certifications required to provide your services legally;
• You must honor the bids you submit and complete the tasks as agreed upon with customers;
• You understand that TaskBid may use your performance history and customer reviews to determine your visibility on the platform;
• You agree to pay applicable service fees to TaskBid for connections made through the platform.

9. Vendor Verification and User Responsibility

While TaskBid takes reasonable measures to verify service providers to the extent possible, users acknowledge and agree to the following:

• TaskBid performs basic verification of service providers but cannot guarantee their conduct, quality of work, or character;
• Users are solely responsible for securing their premises and belongings during service appointments;
• Users should take reasonable precautions when allowing service providers into their property;
• If a user feels uncomfortable with a service provider for any reason, they have the right to deny them entry to their property;
• If a user denies entry to a service provider, they should notify TaskBid immediately so we can arrange an alternative solution;
• TaskBid is not responsible for any actions taken by service providers that fall outside the scope of the agreed-upon service;
• Users should report any suspicious or unprofessional behavior by service providers to TaskBid immediately;
• TaskBid reserves the right to remove any service provider from the platform based on user feedback or other factors.

10. Customer Terms

If you use the Service as a customer, you agree to the following additional terms:

• You will provide accurate and complete information when posting task requests;
• You are responsible for clearly defining the scope of work required;
• You will honor your commitments once you accept a service provider's bid;
• You agree to communicate respectfully with service providers;
• You understand that TaskBid is not responsible for the quality of services provided by service providers;
• You agree to pay the agreed-upon amount for services received in a timely manner.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between customers and service providers, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through our dispute resolution process before seeking external remedies.

To initiate our dispute resolution process, contact our support team at support@taskbid.co with details of the issue. We will review the case and attempt to facilitate a fair resolution.

TaskBid retains the right to make the final decision in any dispute, which may include refunds, account suspensions, or other actions deemed appropriate.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskBid and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

TaskBid does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
